1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Nova website and product. By creating an account or using Nova, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity in your workspace. Tell us right away at security@example.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Prices exclude taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your workspace settings.
4. Your content
You own everything you write, upload or generate in Nova. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Nova to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
6. AI output
AI suggestions can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it, especially for facts, claims and legal compliance.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closure you have 30 days to export your content.
8. Liability
Nova is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
