1. Who we are
Nova Labs, Inc. (“Nova”, “we”) provides the Nova writing workspace. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and product, why we collect it and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, work email, company), content you upload or write in Nova, billing information handled by our payment processor, and basic usage data such as pages visited and features used.
3. How we use your data
To provide and improve the service, keep your workspace secure, send product and billing emails, and — only with your consent — marketing updates. We never sell personal data.
4. Your content and AI
Drafts, sources and voice profiles stay private to your workspace. They are never used to train shared or third-party models. Enterprise customers can set custom retention.
5. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that help us run Nova (hosting, email, payments, analytics), under contracts that require equal protection. The current list is available on request.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, unless the law requires longer. Backups are purged within 90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@example.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
